While we do check over each doll for any defects or abnormalities before shipping, there may occasionally be an issue that is not visible until the doll is removed from its packaging. Known issues with collecting fashion dolls include: broken or loose limbs, messy wigs from the packaging, plastic melts on older dolls, body staining from dark clothing, and frayed clothing.

If you discover what you believe is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the doll with the specific details regarding the nature of the issue and include photo(s) of all the issues. If you do not contact us within three (3) days of receiving the doll, it is understood by both the buyer and seller that the doll is acceptable and a return privilege is no longer available. We do not accept returns on any issues concerning staining or imperfections on or from the clothing on the dolls. However, we will try and keep you informed on any reports of staining.

If you receive an incorrect item, please let us know immediately. We will require you to return the incorrect item and we will attempt to send you the correct item. We will reimburse you for the return shipping charges (standard shipping only). Other returns or exchanges will be decided on an individual basis.

We are not responsable for damage or loss during the shipping process.

If available, orders are shipped within three (3) days upon receipt of payment. Delivery dates are indicative and cannot be seen as final.
